Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch round cake pans with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Combine buttermilk, sour cream, and melted white chocolate into the butter mixture until well mixed.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in raspberries using a spatula.
