  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cut provolone into circles and place one on each meatball. Add an olive slice for the iris.
  6. Return meatballs to oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions and heat marinara sauce in a separate pot.
  8. Combine spaghetti with marinara and serve with eyeball meatballs on top.
