  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil, lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder and set aside to cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the cooled butter mixture and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
