  • 120g ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • cup cherry tomatoes or 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the eggs: Heat olive oil in another pan and fry the eggs sunny side up or over-easy. Drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
  3. Assemble: In a bowl, layer the cooked beef as the base, topped with sliced avocado (sprinkled with Tajn seasoning) and fried eggs. Finish with a drizzle of sriracha.
