  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop beef into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, melt coconut oil and sauté diced onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook until fragrant.
