  • 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch of all-spice
  • pinch of ground cloves

Instructions

  1. 1. For the pie crust: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add cold water until the dough forms. Roll out and fit into a pie dish.
