  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp crushed chili flakes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable or sesame oil
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 cups water
  • pinch of salt

  1. Prepare the rice by rinsing thoroughly until water runs clear. Combine with water and salt in a pot, bring to boil, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Add chopped onion and bell peppers; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
