  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups fresh peaches
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • Spices: cinnamon and nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and sour cream, then pour over the crust.
  4. For the topping, combine sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the cheesecake filling and dot with butter.
