  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the peaches. For added flavor, grill them for a few minutes until slightly charred.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the diced peaches, honey, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, tamari (or soy sauce), garlic, salt, and pepper.
