  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in milk, oil, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter into three bowls; flavor one vanilla, one with cocoa powder for chocolate, and one with strawberry essence and pink dye.
  7. Spoon each batter into lined muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely before frosting with your choice of buttercream.
