  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil

  • Orange food coloring

  2. In one bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. In another bowl, whisk eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla until combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, one egg, vanilla extract, and orange food coloring; mix until creamy.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan. Dollop the cream cheese mixture on top and then pour in the remaining brownie batter.
  5. Use a knife to swirl through both layers gently for a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow cooling before slicing.
