  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Jalapeño (optional), finely chopped
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breast and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (preferably overnight).
