Juice of lime
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt & black pepper to taste
Red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup diced tomato
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Jalapeño (optional), finely chopped
Avocado, sliced
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breast and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (preferably overnight).
