Ingredients
Scale
1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 oz shell pasta
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Cook the shell pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak cubes seasoned with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until browned (about 4–5 minutes). Keep warm.
Lower the heat and melt butter in the same skillet; sauté garlic until fragrant. Add thyme leaves.
Stir in cooked shell pasta, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and remaining butter until well combined.
Fold in the steak bites and heat everything together for an additional minute before serving.
