  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the shell pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the cubed sirloin seasoned with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper for about 5 minutes until browned.
