  • 1 (14 ounce) can red kidney beans (drained)
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies (with juices)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sauté chopped onion until translucent.
  2. Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and spices until well combined.
  4. Mix in drained kidney beans, diced tomatoes (with juices), and chicken broth; bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
