  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 (12-ounce) box linguine noodles

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with minced ginger and garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and hoisin sauce. Pour into the skillet with the beef.
  4. Sauté for about three minutes until well combined.
  5. Drain linguine and add to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for an additional couple of minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
