  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 medium diced bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup Mexican blended cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onions, and bell pepper until browned; drain excess fat. Stir in spices and cheese.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles.
