  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Velveeta, cubed
  • Salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and milk; warm through.
  4. Add shredded cheddar cheese, Velveeta cubes, and Parmesan; stir until melted and smooth. Mix in garlic powder.
  5. Toss cooked tortellini in the cheese sauce until fully coated. Return steak to skillet; combine everything well.
