Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken strips seasoned with Cajun seasoning and cook until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in enough water to cook the linguine along with a pinch of salt; bring to a boil and add the linguine. Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. After draining excess water from the pasta (leave some for creaminess), reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream gradually. Mix in the cooked chicken.
  5. Toss everything together until well-coated with sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
