  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and finely chop the turkey bacon, green onions, jalapeño, and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, turkey bacon, green onions, and jalapeño. Stir gently to mix.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together Ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, lime juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and fold until well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
