  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
