  • 1 medium zucchini (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves (smashed)
  • Cooking oil
  • Optional: sugar or honey, ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by combining it with cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar (or honey), rice apple vinegar (optional), and smashed garlic in a bowl. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
