  • 3 packages instant ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • For the sauce: 3 tablespoons regular soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice apple vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • ¼ teaspoon white ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the sauces in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Boil water in a saucepan and cook ramen noodles for 1-2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, cook chicken until done. Remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, and broccoli until tender; add garlic and ginger.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet with veggies; toss in noodles and sauce until coated. Serve hot.
