12 oz rotini pasta
4 cloves garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
Cook the rotini according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned and fully cooked through (6-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
