  • 2 ½ cups biscuit mix (like Bisquick)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces diced green chiles
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
