  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. Cook linguine in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute. Add chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss cooked linguine into the sauce along with grated Parmesan until melted and creamy. Return chicken to skillet and combine well.
  6. Serve warm garnished with chopped parsley.
