  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.
