  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (melted and room temperature)
  • ¼ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. For the crumble topping, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and optional cinnamon in a bowl. Add melted butter until small clumps form; set aside.
