  • 75g granulated sugar
  • 55g unsalted butter (for topping)
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 20g rolled oats
  • 50g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Combine crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  2. Mix melted butter, flour, brown sugar, and oats for streusel topping; set aside.
  3. Toss sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon; layer half over the crust.
